Week 3 — Walk on the floor.
Week 4 — Debrief.

You receive Volume I: Getting Started with Lean Management and Tutorial 1: Gemba Walk Observation Sheet. Together, we watch one process as it runs. We listen to the people closest to it. You leave with a written picture of flow, delay, and waste. 

This pilot is observation, not intervention. It is clarity, not commitment. It is the first step toward understanding how your system behaves in real conditions.
